Counterpointe Solutions is seeking Software Developers for IT systems development. Work in a dynamic, driven, and fast-paced environment with similarly motivated team members to build, customize, and extend web applications. Specialize within or across full stack development activities as part of an agile team, attending and participating in daily standups and weekly retrospectives while working closely with team members on a daily basis. Participate across the software development lifecycle, including supporting and leading component design, development, and test activities, along with involvement in the requirements gathering process. Collaboratively work with internal team members as well as the client, applying knowledge of multiple design principles, open source frameworks, and tools to achieve desired project outcomes with high initial quality.

Highly qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of on the job experience with the following:
- B.S. or greater in Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience with agile techniques, especially Kanban and Unified Process (e.g., OpenUP)
- Experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Javascript, Dart, Typescript)
- Experience with commonly used open source products (e.g., Jackson, Hibernate, Angular, Maven)
- Experience with Business-Driven Development approaches and technologies (e.g., Specification by Example, Cucumber)
- Experience with application servers (e.g., Tomcat, Wildfly)
- Experience with Git
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Nexus, Bitbucket)

What We Offer
| PTO | Upon hire employees start accruing 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year. After 3 years of service, PTO accrual increases to 4 weeks, and after 5 years, it increases to 5 weeks. |

| Flex Time | Employees are allowed to flex time across the month. If an employee takes time off during a given month, that time can made up before the end of the month and PTO doesn't need to be taken. |
