What We Offer
PTO | Upon hire employees start accruing 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year. After 3 years of service, PTO accrual increases to 4 weeks, and after 5 years, it increases to 5 weeks. |
Federal Holidays | Some private companies only offer 8 of the 10 federal holidays; Counterpointe goes beyond and offers 11 total paid holidays per year. |
Insurance | Counterpointe provides employer-sponsored medical and dental. |
Bonus Structure | Counterpointe's bonus program rewards employees for their growth and helps align employee success with corporate success. Employees receive bonuses based on individual and company peformance for the year. All employees recieve the "company" portion of the bonus and any additional is based on individual performance. |
401k | In addition to offering our 401k plan for employees, Counterpointe provides profit-sharing and safe harbor employer contributions. |
Training | Counterpointe believes in continuous growth and improvement; we invest in training to help support the growth of the individual and as well as the company. Counterpointe aggressively budgets in training to invest in our employees' growth. We also experiment with different processes/ideas to help improve the efficiency of the team. For example our "productivity cues" that occur twice a day. |
Employee Spot Awards | Instant recognition of great or innovative performance is vital for employees. Counterpointe leverages Bonusly to crowd source spot awards. Each employee is given a monthly budget of points to award to to recognize outstanding efforts in others that can be redeemed for gift cards. All bonuses are publicly given through out Slack program so everyone can see the great work their teammates are doing. |
Flex Time | Employees are allowed to flex time across the month. If an employee takes time off during a given month, that time can made up before the end of the month and PTO doesn't need to be taken. |

Company provides each employee with a state of the art Macbook as well as a credit to be used towards accessories of the employee's choosing.
